The property is in a private hollow surrounded by an established forest nestled in flowering perennial and vegetable beds interspersed with fruit trees and berry patches. Casa Carolina is minutes away from award-winning wineries in the Russian River Appellation, wonderful bistros, main street shopping, hiking, biking trails and farm tours— two miles from downtown Sebastopol. Surrounded by rolling hills and vineyards, guests are sure to see deer, red-tailed hawks, great horned owls and many songbirds on the property.
